1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EZ Buckets. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2 Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

You agree NOT to post, upload, share, or transmit any content that is:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive
• Hateful, discriminatory, or that promotes violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic
• Threatening, harassing, bullying, or intended to intimidate any person
• Defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false
• Profane, vulgar, or obscene
• Illegal or that promotes illegal activity
• Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive content
• Impersonating another person, team, or organization
• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights of others

This applies to all user-generated content, including usernames, team names, league names, descriptions, profile photos, player names, and any other content you submit.

4 Reporting and Moderation

EZ Buckets provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and abusive users. You can:

• Report any user, team, or league directly from their profile or detail page.
• Block users to hide their content and prevent them from interacting with you.

5 Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms.
• Suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Repeat or severe violations will result in permanent account termination.

6 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create on EZ Buckets. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

7 Privacy

Your use of EZ Buckets is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

EZ Buckets is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miguel Software Publishing Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EZ Buckets, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
